Privacy Policy
Effective October 19, 2026
CXOJoe is operated by Dash Digital. This policy explains how we handle personal information through cxojoe.com and optional CXOJoe applications. For privacy questions or requests, email cxojoe@gmail.com.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, company, role, inquiry, booking details and Diagnostic context. Please keep passwords, payment details and confidential business records out of public website forms.
We and our providers also process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser and device information, security logs, verification results and limited website activity. Cookies, browser storage and similar technologies support security, saved-request recovery and measurement. Campaign links may identify the source of an inquiry.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, arrange and deliver services, process purchases, maintain business records, secure the website, prevent abuse and understand which website content and referral sources are useful.
Service providers and analytics
Our providers include Cloudflare for hosting, security, human verification and website notifications; Stripe for payments; Calendly for scheduling; Google Analytics for limited usage and conversion events; and Microsoft Clarity for masked website usage analysis. Email and business-service providers also process communications needed to deliver our services.
Card and bank details are entered with Stripe rather than through our intake forms. We receive payment status and related transaction information.
Analytics events exclude the answers entered into our forms. Clarity recordings are disabled on intake, contact and private pages. The site disables these analytics when it detects Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser; some functional features may be affected.
Optional LinkedIn applications
If you choose to authorize a CXOJoe LinkedIn application, we receive only the data allowed by the permissions you approve. Depending on the feature, this may include your LinkedIn identifier, basic profile or email information, Pages you administer, content you choose to publish and permitted Page or post analytics. The authorization screen identifies the permissions requested. We access LinkedIn data when you connect or use the authorized feature, including scheduled publishing or analytics only when you have enabled those features.
We use that data and access tokens only to provide the authorized features. We do not sell LinkedIn data, use it to target advertising or use it for unrelated purposes. You can revoke access in your LinkedIn account settings and request deletion by emailing cxojoe@gmail.com. We promptly delete LinkedIn API data and tokens when you request deletion, close your application account or when required by LinkedIn's rules, except where retention is legally required.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. We disclose information to providers and authorized personnel as needed to operate our services, when required by law, or to protect legitimate rights and security. Providers' own privacy policies also apply to their services.
We retain information as needed for its purpose and applicable legal, accounting or security obligations. LinkedIn data is also subject to LinkedIn's permitted retention periods. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.
Your choices and security
Email cxojoe@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion, or to ask how your information is used. We may need to verify the request and may retain records where legally required. You can ask us to stop optional marketing communications at any time.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Our business services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Policy updates
We may update this policy as our services or practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
